On Tuesday Ted Jordan filed his final report from this year’s Honduras trip:
“It finally was sunny today and we gringos said it was hot but the locals said it was still cold so I think we should count our blessings. We got a lot done and had a good time doing it and we are able to leave enough money to get at least the base structure of the second floor (roof) done. Everyone seems tired but happy and we are all packing our belongings in with copious amounts of coffee and girding ourselves for the always long trip home, Keep us in your prayers and with luck by 11 o’clock tomorrow night we will all be back in Staunton and surrounding environs.”
The whole congregation prays in thanksgiving for the work of the Honduras mission trippers this year.
